Adam Thomas has just shared a view of the crowds in Manchester ahead of England game and it’s astonishing

Soap star Adam Thomas has shared an incredible view of the excited crowds in Manchester ahead of the historic Euro 2020 final.

Adam, who played Adam Barton in Emmerdale, posted a video on his Instagram showing fans bouncing with excitement in the Northern Quarter as they prepared for the England vs Italy showdown.

Supporters - many wrapped in St George's flags - held their arms aloft and punched the air in exuberance as they roared Three Lions (Football's Coming Home).

As the camera panned supporters smiled, waved and held drinks aloft.

"What a moment!!!" gasped Adam.

"Win or lose we needed this … we all did!!!"

Fans rushed to agree with the 32-year-old star.

"Incredible scenes all over the UK! Come on England," cheered one.

"The best city," another told him.

"Yesssss come on!!!!" cheered another follower.

"Let’s do this come on England," another whooped.

"OMG look at it in Manchester," commented another fan.

"Boss!!! Yes exactly what we all need!!" agreed another.

Earlier Adam shared a family snap of himself and his wife Caroline, their children Teddy and Elsie-Rose.

They were joined by his older brother former Coronation Street star Ryan and his daughter Scarlett.

The family were decked out in red and white especially for the game with flag facepaint.

"As a collective we could probably name two England players!!!" Adam confessed.

"But who cares. Come on United!!!" he joked.
