Adam Thomas has warmed hearts after sharing about a kind gesture for a fan who flew hundreds of miles to meet him.
The Manchester actor was sad that he didn't get to meet the fan, who had travelled all the way from Devon to Manchester in the hope of seeing him while dining at his restaurant The Spinn in Gatley for her 15th birthday.
But former Emmerdale and Waterloo Road star Adam was stunned when he bumped into the girl next day at the Trafford Centre while he was shopping with his son Teddy.

"I got a phone call the other day…saying a girl has flown all the way from Devon to come to The Spinn to meet you … where are you!??" he explained on his Instagram.
"Unfortunately I couldn’t make it and not gonna lie I got a little upset, because it was her 15th birthday and she had come all that way with her mum just to come to The Spinn!!"
"Cut the long story short a day later I’m in the Trafford centre with Teddy and I bump into her!!!!"
He said about the coincidence: "My head fell off!!
"Hahahaha I couldn’t believe it, was like it was just meant to be!"
Kindly Adam then took her shopping to treat her for her birthday.
"So I ended up taking her shopping for her to get a birthday present!!!" he told his followers.
The 32-year-old star added: "There’s nothing better than putting a smile on someone’s face."
