Adam Schefter: Robert Kraft is ‘not the biggest name’ involved in prostitution bust

New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft was charged with two counts of soliciting prostitution on Friday in connection with a Florida spa that police allege was at the center of an international human trafficking ring.

Speaking on ESPN about the charges, Adam Schefter reported that he had been “told that Robert Kraft is not the biggest name involved down there in South Florida.”

Schefter did not elaborate on who the other person was that was alleged to have been involved, nor did he explain why this other person had not been revealed by police, while Kraft had.

Kraft, age 77, has not been arrested yet by Florida police. The charge is a misdemeanor.

“We categorically deny that Mr. Kraft engaged in any illegal activity,” a spokesman for Kraft said in a statement, via USA TODAY Sports. “Because it is a judicial matter, we will not be commenting further.”
