Adam Peaty’s ex girlfriend Eirianedd Munro has reportedly addressed his apparent rift with the rest of his family.
The Olympic swimmer, 30, and his fiancée Holly Ramsay, 25, are believed to have uninvited his mother Caroline Peaty from their upcoming wedding.
Adam’s family also allegedly felt blindsided by Holly snubbing Caroline from her glitzy hen do at the weekend, while other sources claimed Adam had to be escorted off his recent flight with armed police after receiving “abusive threats” amid the furore.
Now, friends close to Eirianedd - who shares five-year-old son George with Adam - have shared her reaction to the fallout.
The artist met Adam on the dating app Tinder in 2019 and they welcomed George in September 2020. The duo split in 2022.

A source told The Sun that Eirianedd, 27, is living a quiet “normal life” in Wales with George and one of her sisters, who helps care for her son.
“Eiri would never speak badly of Adam – he has provided for their son and helped ensure he has a very comfortable life. She is also a big fan of Holly,” the insider said.
“But she is shocked by everything that’s been going on.”
The source added that Eirianedd is still very close to Caroline, who is a “big part” of George’s life and often looks after him if both parents are busy.
“Eiri doesn’t want to be embroiled in any family row but she would be upset by this. She and Caroline have a close bond and friendship, and she would offer her support,” they stated.
The Standard has contacted Adam’s representative for comment.
Eirianedd and Adam went Instagram official on New Year’s Eve 2020 and split in August 2022.
After their split, Adam hinted at wrongdoing on his part by writing: “I could not ask for a greater mother for George and I am so grateful to Eiri for her amazing support over the last three years.
“Eiri and George, I’m sorry for letting you down.”
Eirianedd wrote in her own post: “This next chapter of my life is surely going to be a difficult one.”
Earlier this week, bombshell reports claimed Adam and Holly are locked in a bitter feud with his family.
Holly, who is the daughter of chef Gordon Ramsay and the Olympic gold medallist have been dating for more than two years and are set to marry at Bath Abbey at Christmas.

The alleged feud has been developing between Adam and his mother since he began dating Holly, with the athlete allegedly being drawn into the celebrity glamour of Holly’s world.
Holly reportedly caused tensions when she failed to invite Caroline to her hen do at celebrity hotspot Soho Farmhouse in the Cotswolds over the weekend.
The getaway was attended by the likes of family friend Victoria Beckham and Adam’s sister Bethany - and the apparent snub prompted a slew of take-downs from Adam’s family on social media.
It was worsened by Adam inviting his future father-in-law Gordon to his own stag night, according to MailOnline.
Adam’s aunt Louise Williams called Holly out on social media for missing Caroline out of her hen do in a move she branded “hurtful and divisive”.
Caroline also appeared to wade into the row by writing on Instagram: “Crying is a way your eyes speak when your mouth can't explain how broken your heart is.”
Louise’s post allegedly “deeply upset” Holly and Adam and reportedly prompted him to bar Caroline from the wedding.

“Caroline is devastated by the rift and doesn't know what she has done wrong,” a source told MailOnline.
“Adam's relationship with his mum and dad Mark are at an all-time low, and now she's not coming to the wedding.”
“As time has gone on, things have become strained and there have been rows, the tension has been very fraught. Caroline is in pieces and is absolutely heartbroken that it's gotten to this point,” the source added.
The only member of Adam’s family who will attend the wedding is his sister Bethany, with nobody else being able to afford the hotel costs, according to the outlet.
One family member said: “We were sent a save-the-date and it’s all these country houses. I’m on Universal Credit – I can’t afford that.”
Adam’s aunt Louise also claimed on social media that Holly and Adam banned Caroline from the wedding because she did not apologise for failing to attend a recent family shopping trip to Bath due to cancelled trains.
In the latest twist to the fallout, sources claimed on Wednesday that Adam was flanked by armed police from his plane home from Budapest after being barraged by “threats”.
He was reportedly “freaked out” by the “increasingly abusive” threats he was getting during his stag do in Hungary over the weekend - prompting him to contact Holly, who consulted with her parents Gordon and Tana and alerted the police.
He is believed to have been met by five uniformed police officers when the plane touched down at Manchester Airport on Sunday night.
“The issues that have been reported don't stem from hen do or wedding invitations; it goes so much deeper,” a source told The Sun.
“Things escalated over the weekend when someone became increasingly abusive and threatening over text. Adam was trying to enjoy his stag do and was getting freaked out by it all.”
Adam and Holly reportedly began dating in May 2023. They announced their engagement in September 2024.
