Adam Kay is coming to Liverpool's Royal Court Theatre this weekend.
Last year, Adam Kay became a household name after releasing his hilarious and real life diaries of what life was like working for the NHS as a junior doctor
His book was a huge success, selling millions of copies across the world and now fans in Liverpool can not only meet Adam Kay but watch as he delves back into his diaries for his stand-up show.
'Twas the nightshift before Christmas' has already received five star reviews after visiting other cities and demand has been so high for Liverpool an extra show has been added.
Tickets are now available for this Sunday, December 15 for the 4.30pm show and can be bought here.
There is also a 7.30pm but tickets are very limited for this.
The ticket price includes a hardback copy of the book (RRP £9.99) and following the 7.30pm performance you will have an opportunity for Adam to sign copies.
Customers attending the matinée performance will receive a signed copy of the book on arrival.
According to The Royal Court's website, 'Twas the Nightshift Before Christmas' is described as "a love letter to all those who spend their festive season on the front line, removing babies and baubles from the various places they get stuck, at the most wonderful time of the year.
"This brand new live show mixes highlights from the book with his award winning stand-up comedy and exclusive new content."
