Adam Collard has said Dami Hope will "always be team Paige" as he responded to Dami's accusations the Geordie was "game playing" in the villa.
The Geordie hunk, 26, revealed he hasn't discussed his split from Paige Thorne with many Islanders from the recent series and has instead leaned on close pals for support.
As it was speculated that Adam and Welsh beauty Paige, 24, had split, fellow former Islanders Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Dami weighed in – with Ekin-Su saying Paige 'deserves better' and Dami accusing Adam of "playing a game".
Now, after keeping tight lipped on the end of his romance with Paige for some time, Adam has spoken out and shared his reactions to the Islander's opinions.

Speaking to the Mirror, Adam said: "I mean, they have probably not really heard anything from me on my side either.
"Because, to be honest, I'm speaking to you before I'm speaking to any of them.
"I think Davide [Sanclimenti] is a lot more mature and understands that things kind of happen and he's definitely asked me and Paige evenly if we're okay, that kind of thing – the same with Luca [Bish]."

Adam added: "I haven't really spoken to any of the girls, and I understand that. I haven't I haven't really touched on it with a lot of people if I'm being honest."
"Obviously Dami is always going to be team Paige, so it's just one of those things," he said.
Adam also revealed he feels his experience in the industry means he has a number of pals he can turn to – including his fellow Love Island season four pals.

He explained: "I've done this a long time, I don't really need to go and speak about this to everyone and anyone. I've got a million different friends who I can go and speak to who see us every single day and can see how I'm feeling. Even though I look like the one that is thick skinned and nothing ever gets to them, my friends can all see that's not the case.
"Sam Bird, Jack Fincham, Wes [Nelson] they will check in with me. They know the game, they've been at it six years with me. But they understand that it's not always about teams."
It comes after Dami said Adam had "disrespected" Paige and was "playing a whole game" with her.

Speaking about Paige, Dami told the Daily Star : "Yeah she's good. It's better for her to be single than be with someone that obviously... [...] Stuff like that it's not a good look.
"I feel like for me with Adam, if he was going to come back to the villa, you should have just been the bad boy instead of playing a whole game. It just doesn't look good at the end of the day."
Asked if he's on good terms with Adam, he replied: "Yeah I'm not beefing anyone, like. I'll shake his hand [but] I feel like in a way you disrespected Paige and she's actually my girl so."
