Adam Busby, the alleged leader of the Scottish National Liberation Army, has appeared in court on terrorism charges after being extradited from the Republic of Ireland.

Busby appeared at Glasgow sheriff court on Wednesday under anti-terrorism legislation on multiple charges of making criminal threats and issuing hoax bomb threats.

The 66-year-old, whose general address was given as Dublin, was remanded in custody. He made no plea or declaration.
