Actress Nicollette Sheridan reboots her Bel-Air income property listing

Oct. 07--Nicollette Sheridan of "Desperate Housewives" fame has taken a slight tuck off the listing price of her Bel-Air income property and is now asking $3.395 million.

She has also switched listing agents with the $200,000 price trim to reality television golden boys David Parnes and James Harris at The Agency. (Think "Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles.")

The actress bought the single-story ranch house in 1989 for $1.15 million, public records show, and had been leasing the compound out for as much as $13,500 a month before she decided to sell earlier this year.

Secluded on 1.5 acres, the 2,731-square-foot wooded retreat features high ceilings, French doors and Spanish paver floors. A two-sided fireplace separates the living room and dining area in the main house, built in 1955. There's another fireplace in the master bedroom.

A separate formal dining room, an office, three bedrooms and three bathrooms are in the main house.

The detached guesthouse that could be used as work space contains another bedroom and bathroom.

A swimming pool, a covered brick patio with a barbecue and a lawn complete the grounds.

Sheridan, 51, made a name for herself on "Desperate Housewives" (2004-09) and "Knots Landing" (1986-93). Her film work includes last year's "Let's Kill Ward's Wife," "Beverly Hills Ninja" (1997) and "Spy Hard" (1996).
