Actress Eve Hewson has revealed how she “collapsed” at the end of filming moody drama The Luminaries.
The daughter of U2 frontman Bono admitted back-to-back shoots in New Zealand took their toll and left her feeling completely wiped out.
Eve, 28, is now resting up at home in Killiney with her family, revelling in the success of the BBC series based on the Eleanor Catton novel.
She said: “I basically went from scene to scene every single day for six months and then at the end of it, I collapsed.
But she added: “I’ve been sleeping like a maniac. I think I’ve basically slept through half of the entire pandemic.”
