The PRDnationwide Newcastle and Lake Macquarie agent reported 25 groups, all local, through the first open of a property with a point of difference there. He is marketing a four-bedroom, three-bathroom home at 19 High Street that is described as a "modern interpretation of a Victorian terrace".
The tri-level residence has been refurbished throughout, has a "desirable layout" and is crowned by a rooftop terrace that takes in views of the city, harbour and ocean. Mr Wilton said feedback was in the early $2 million range.
