Active Covid cases in Ahmedabad reach 62

AHMEDABAD: With three new Covid-19 cases and discharge of 10 patients in 24 hours, the active cases in Ahmedabad district reached 62, one of the lowest since April 2020.

For Gujarat, the active cases reached 274, the lowest since April 9 last year.

Gujarat in 24 hours recorded 28 cases, going below 30 after six days. It's been 30 days for below-100 daily cases. Surat city had seven cases, the maximum for the day.

The three major cities, including Vadodara and Ahmedabad accounted for 46% of the day's cases.
