The ACT has reported 15 new cases of COVID-19 in the 24 hours to 8pm Thursday, as the public health emergency is extended until 2022.
There is no one in an ACT hospital with an active case of the virus.
The new cases bring the active total to 154, while the number of cases associated with this outbreak now stands at 1793.
Meantime, the percentage of the eligible population who are now fully vaccinated has reached 96 per cent.
There were 2673 negative test results received in the 24 hours to 9am Friday,
Public health emergency extended
The ACT Public Health Emergency Declaration has been extended until February 12 2022.
The extension comes "in recognition of the ongoing case numbers of COVID-19 in the ACT" and will support the updated public health directions from Friday, according to ACT Health.
The declaration gives ACT chief health officer Kerryn Coleman special powers to take any action or give any direction that may be necessary to keep the community safe.
Primary school added to campus exposures
At least one active COVID-19 case attended Monash Primary School while infectious on Monday, November 8. Year two classes and year five and six classes were sent correspondence about this exposure.
Orana Steiner School was already listed as a COVID-19 exposure site for Monday, November 1, Tuesday, November 2 and Thursday, November 4. This has now been expanded to Monday, November 8 to Wednesday, November 10.
ACT Health Minister Rachel Stephen-Smith said on Thursday that it was not in the public interest to tell Canberrans about a Halloween party which is linked to at least 33 COVID-19 infections.
Ms Stephen-Smith said the government was aware for some time about the gathering at a Wanniassa residence on Saturday, October 30.
"We don't generally talk about those transmission events when they occur at private events, and they're not a public notification," she said.
"Given that it's not a public site, it's not a public exposure risk."

NSW has recorded 286 new COVID-19 cases and two deaths in the 24 hours to 8pm Thursday.
The state has reached 90.6 per cent of the population aged 16 years and older fully vaccinated while 94.1 per cent has had a single dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.
There are 236 COVID-19 patients in NSW hospitals, with 34 in ICU.
Victoria recorded 1115 new cases of the virus, while nine people in the state have died.
There are 426 COVID-19 patients in hospital, with 82 in ICU and 50 ventilated.
Eighty-five per cent of the state's population aged over 16 is fully vaccinated.
Prime Minister Scott Morrison has confirmed Australia has passed the 90 per cent first dose COVID-19 vaccination mark.
The prime minister labelled the vaccine rate as extraordinary, while heaping pressure on states to reopen borders as soon as possible.
"We're expecting to see (WA, Queensland and SA) get to 80 per cent (double dose) before the end of the year," Mr Morrison told 3AW on Friday.
