How often do you stop to consider how well you are living your life? In a world of digital distractions, we rarely pause to reflect on this question - neglecting our own needs and all too often succumbing to the pressures of modern life.

This inspirational masterclass will give you the opportunity to take the time out, consider what you would like to achieve in the coming year, and which areas of life deserve more attention. You will have the opportunity to develop your own action plan and take practical steps towards achieving a more healthy and successful life, the perfect way to start 2017. Book your place now and make the new year, your year.

This one-day workshop brings together three wellbeing thought leaders:

Dr Barbara Mariposa is an expert in workplace wellbeing. She will use insights from neuroscience to teach you how to develop good habits and maximise your potential.

Chris Heron is an expert in the health and fitness industry. He will demystify the conflicting messages we receive about our health and help you on your own path to wellbeing. He will advise on the importance of nutrition and how to embrace exercise - and how to keep going.

Kirsten Samuel has taken her own path of discovery from a corporate high flier to a wellbeing entrepreneur. She’ll teach you how to increase productivity, get a good night’s sleep and conquer your tech addiction.

The course will also cover

  • The Outer Game of Health - why sleep, nutrition and exercise are all crucial to our sense of wellbeing
  • The Inner Game of Health - why our thoughts and feelings often dominate our perceptions of what we can do
  • The impact of digital technology on wellbeing
  • Why our thoughts and feelings often dominate and what we can do about that
  • The science of habits and how to wire in new ones
  • What the words lifestyle and wellbeing imply and how these culturally constructed concepts can make it harder for us to achieve our potential
  • How to build your own strengths-based wellbeing action plan based on what’s real for you and who you are
