The man accused of raping former Liberal staffer Brittany Higgins in a federal minister's office is due back in a Canberra court.
Bruce Lehrmann, 26, was earlier this month committed to stand trial charged with sexual intercourse without consent at Parliament House in March 2019.
Prosecutors and Lehrmann's lawyer agreed to skip committal proceedings for an expedited path to an ACT Supreme Court trial.
Lehrmann has previously opted to appear in court via a phone link, not showing his face.
His case is due to be heard again in the ACT Supreme Court on Thursday.
