Hamilton Accies have confirmed that top scorer Ross Callachan has triggered a clause in his contract that will see him leave the New Douglas Park club.
Lanarkshire Live Sport exclusively revealed yesterday that the player would be leaving this summer, and it's believed he will sign for another club shortly.
Callachan netted 10 goals as Accies' seven-season spell in the Premiership came to an end at the end of the campaign.
A statement issued by Accies read: "The club understands the player’s wishes to play Premiership football and would like to thank him for his contribution last season.
"We wish Ross all the best with his next club."
