Abu Dhabi Grand Prix live stream: how to watch the F1 free online from anywhere today – Lights Out!

Drivers vie for position at the start of the Abu Dhabi Formula One Grand Prix at the Yas Marina Circuit ahead of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2023.

We have full details on how to watch an Abu Dhabi Grand Prix live stream from anywhere just below.

Abu Dhabi Grand Prix: preview

The final race of the 2023 F1 season is all about second and fourth in the constructors' standings. With the German team currently four points better off than Ferrari, it's advantage Mercedes, but all signs have been pointing to a sensational overtake at Yas Marina Circuit. Carlos Sainz and Lewis Hamilton don't seem to have got the memo though, with both drivers enduring a dreadful Qualifying session yesterday.

It's lights out for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix at 1pm GMT today.

Sainz starts all the way back in 16th, while Hamilton is in the 11th slot on the grid. Fortunately, their teammates fared much better yesterday, with Charles Leclerc on the front row beside pole-sitter Max Verstappen, and George Russell right behind in fourth.

If the Mercedes vs Ferrari battle wasn't fierce enough already, Toto Wolff's dismissive attitude to Sainz's near-catastrophic collision with a manhole cover last weekend and the role he played in ensuring the Spaniard was subsequently hit by a 10-place grid penalty has lent some real edge to this contest.

The battle for fourth isn't quite as emotionally charged, but it should still be a cracker, with Aston Martin threatening to pull off a last-gasp overtake on incumbents McLaren. Lance Stroll might have blown their chances, however, with a 13th-place showing in Qualifying, as Oscar Piastri went third fastest and Lando Norris took fifth, two places better than Fernando Alonso.

ExpressVPN is our pick of the best VPN services. It's affordable, fast, and easy to use. Try it risk-free for 30 days and see for yourself.
