The footage starts with driver just behind a red car travelling around 30mph just after 1.30pm.
At around 20 seconds in, the driver slowly catches up with the e-bike rider weaving in the righthand lane of the carriageway.
The rider - dressed in black -can clearly be seen performing a 'wheelie' as he hovers into view.
The rider then performs the same manoeuvre as a silver car is repeatedly forced to hit the brakes.
Several more wheelie attempts are made by the rider who keeps pace with the cars while veering close to central reservation.
Posting the footage on Facebook, the driver said: "Do you know where your little cherubs where today?
"This lad was no older than 16! Standing on his motorbike seat, while on a dual carriageway, doing a wheelie, at 30mph!
"Sliver car behind him had to slam on a number of times!"
After the video was uploaded, commenters were quick to condemn the rider branding him an "absolute idiot" for putting himself and other road users at risk.
