ABS-CBN closure: 4,000 jobs cut at Filipino broadcaster

At least 4,000 employees of the Philippines' biggest media network have lost their jobs.

ABS-CBN is shutting down many of its operations and regional news bureaus.

The network was forced off-air in May after Congress refused to renew its licence.
