Aberdeen squad revealed as Derek McInnes without midfield duo for Runavik clash

Aberdeen will be without Craig Bryson and Funso Ojo for their Europa League qualifier against NSI Runavik.

Derek McInnes' side take on the Faroese side in the first round at Pittodrie on Thursday.

Bryson has a calf injury and Ojo is carrying a suspension from last season.

Niall McGinn will be given every chance to declare himself fit having had a scan on a foot injury, while defender Michael Devlin (hamstring) and strikers Sam Cosgrove (knee) and Ryan Edmondson (ankle) remain out.

Aberdeen boss McInnes said: "Ojo is suspended and Bryson is out with a calf injury.

"Scott McKenna is okay as we thought he would be.

“Niall has a chance. He had a scan on Monday and thankfully, just as we thought, it was nothing sinister.

“Niall is not ruled in our out at the moment."
