Aberdeen man travelled to Edinburgh as police launch appeal over disappearance

Police have launched an urgent appeal to trace a missing Aberdeen man who may have travelled to Edinburgh.

Justin Green was last seen in the Charlotte Street area of the Granite City but is now thought to have made the trip to the capital since Monday.

The 48-year-old has failed to make contact with friends or family since the evening of April 4 and officers are growing increasingly concerned over his welfare.

They have asked anyone with any information on Mr Green or his current whereabouts to contact investigators immediately.

Mr Green is described as being white, around 5’ in height with an average build and short, dark shaved hair.

He was understood to have been wearing a black jacket and blue jeans at the time of his disappearance.
