Aberdeen Lockdown Survey: Tell us what you really think about the restrictions

Aberdeen has been plunged into lockdown once against amid a rising number of coronavirus cases in the city.

Bars and restaurants were ordered to close their doors from 5pm on Wednesday this week as the Scottish Government moved to tighten restrictions in the Granite City.

The move came after a significant rise in a number of cases in the city, most of which centre around pubs in central Aberdeen.

As of Friday afternoon, health officials confirmed the cluster of cases had risen to 101 - two of those positive cases include players for Aberdeen Football Club.

A number of rules have been implemented across the city in a bid to prevent the virus from spreading.

Among those include a five-mile travel ban on leisure purposes and households are no longer allowed to mix until next Wednesday at the earliest.

But do you think the rules have been made clear enough by the Scottish Government? And do you think that the local lockdown is maybe even a step too far?

The Daily Record is asking readers for their thoughts on the local lockdown imposed on Aberdeen.

Readers in the Granite City and elsewhere can take part.
