Warsaw-based Huse, who has enjoyed a career spanning more than 30 years with P&G after graduating in genetics from the University of Aberdeen, will become a non-executive director of specialist products business Diploma on 20 January.

As well as her P&G role, where she oversees sales of around $3bn across 10 countries, Huse has served as a member and chair of the Institute of Grocery Distribution, a research and training charity.
