Aberdeen Chamber of Commerce agrees new lease at Bridge of Don Energy Park

Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce has agreed to renew its lease at Aberdeen Energy Park.

Moorfield Group, which owns and manages the land, negotiated a new five year deal on the 4,286 sq ft of ground floor space at the hub in the Bridge of Don.

The Chamber's office is adjacent to Grub Cafe and directly below Elevator UK.

It is planning an office refurbishment programme at the hub, which is scheduled to commence in July and should be completed by September.

Russell Borthwick, chief executive of the Chamber, said: “This investment is not just about creating an enhanced, modern base for our team to operate from in the city, it is also a commitment to providing an easily accessible, bright function space for the many businesses who use our office to support their own activities.”

Hugh Canham, head of asset management at Moorfield Group, added: “The Chamber is one of our key occupiers and we are pleased to see such a vital business organisation commit to a further term here at the parks.”
