Subway and Elegance Hair and Beauty have signed up as new tenants at the Bon Accord shopping centre in Aberdeen.
Both have agreed 10 year leases, Subway occupying a 1,356 sq ft store on the first floor and Elegance Hair and Beauty’s first Aberdeen salon in a 1,707 sq ft space on the ground floor.

Landlord Capreon was represented by surveyors CBRE, whose senior director Kevin Sims said: “It’s great news that we have secured another two well-known high street brands for Bon Accord.
"The deals demonstrate the long term confidence of both Subway and Elegance in the centre, and will further enhance the range of retail options available to the public at Bon Accord.
“We are currently in discussions with a number of exciting tenants and hope to be in a position to announce further lettings shortly.”
Elegance also provide salon services, including nails, hair, beauty and make-up techniques and treatments, at their shops in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee and Stirling.
