Abdoulaye Doucoure, Gabriel and three other players Everton are 'tipped to sign' this summer

Everton endured a disappointing end to their Premier League season, so it is no surprise focus is already switching to the transfer window.

As a result, the Blues are already being linked with an abundance of names that could arrive at Goodison Park as Carlo Ancelotti looks to bolster his squad this summer.

With that in mind, the latest transfer odds surrounding the Blues make for interesting reading.

However, it is important to take most of it with a pinch of salt, as the players listed below are just the names of those who Everton are favourites to sign this summer.

Josh King 10/3

Recent reports have indicated that King is looking to leave Bournemouth after their relegation from the Premier League.

The 28-year-old had a move to Manchester United blocked in the January transfer window, while his name has been linked with Everton for some time.

Given their struggles in front of goal at times this season, it is easy to see why Carlo Ancelotti is reportedly interested in the forward, who has scored 48 goals in 182 Premier League appearances.

Allan 10/11

Allan is a name that just won’t go away when it comes to Everton this summer.

The 29-year-old played for Ancelotti at his previous club Napoli of course and has regularly been linked with a move to the Blues ever since his former boss took charge at Goodison.

However, nearly all of the talk about a transfer this summer seems to be coming from the Italian end, and it is not yet known whether the Blues have any real interest in the midfielder.

Although, given Everton’s problems in midfield last season, it is easy to see why supporters would like to see the transfer happen.

Abdoulaye Doucoure 5/2

Watford are believed to have rejected a £30m offer from Everton for Doucoure last summer and at the time said they had no intention of selling their star man to the Blues.

The 27-year-old joined the Hornets in 2016 and has been linked with a move away from the club following their relegation to the Championship.

A new centre-midfielder is likely to be on Ancelotti’s wishlist this summer, but the Blues are likely to face competition from a host of European clubs for Doucoure’s signature.

Wilfried Zaha 4/1

Zaha is believed to be seeking a move away from Selhurst Park this summer and was the subject of a failed transfer bid from Everton last year.

The Blues have once again been linked and Palace are reportedly thought to value Zaha at £100m but could now accept lower bids for the winger, who scored four goals in 39 appearances in the Premier League last season.

Gabriel 4/1

Everton have long been linked with a potential swoop for Gabriel and, before the pandemic, did make progress in negotiations with Lille over the defender.

But according to recent reports the Brazilian has also attracted the interest of Manchester United, Arsenal and Napoli.

Centre-back is clearly a position that must be strengthened this summer after both Yerry Mina and Mason Holgate missed the end of last season through injury.

And although the Blues have both Jarrad Branthwaite and Lewis Gibson coming through their ranks, the 22-year-old is still likely to be targeted by the club this summer.
