Abbey Clancy and Peter Crouch welcome baby boy - but don't believe what Peter has to say about the name

Abbey Clancy and Peter Crouch have welcomed their fourth child.

Former England footballer Peter announced the arrival of the baby boy on Twitter alongside an adorable photo of the newborn.

The 38-year-old also had another trick up his sleeve, announcing the name of his son but all may not be as it seems.

Peter wrote on the social media platform: "Our beautiful baby boy was born Monday 3rd June mother and baby Divock Samrat Crouch are doing well."

But before you begin questioning the name, which can only be fathomed as a nod to Liverpool forward Divock Origi and his favourite curry house Samrat (which he revealed in the Christmas special of his podcast, That Peter Crouch Podcast), it was all just a bit of tongue-in-cheek banter.

His tweet continued: "Our boy is beautiful the name is still to be clarified unfortunately Abs not going for Divock Samrat."

Peter, from Macclesfield , and Liverpool-born model Abbey are already parents to Sophia, eight, Liberty, three, and Johnny, one.

The pair, who have been married for six years, revealed their pregnancy news early this year, with Abbey announcing alongside a snap of her in a white bikini in Dubai on Instagram, "When a hat trick just won't do !!! #babynumber4."
