Aaron Wan-Bissaka's first words as he completes £50m Manchester United transfer

Aaron Wan-Bissaka has completed a £50million move from Crystal Palace to Manchester United.

The move has been on the cards for some time and the full-back has finally made the move north.

Wan-Bissaka has signed a five-year contract with the Red Devils, with United having an option to extend that deal for a further year too.

The 21-year-old came though the ranks at Crystal Palace, only making his first team debut towards the end of last season - thrown in at the deep end as he was called upon to face Tottenham, United and Chelsea in consecutive Premier League matches.

He shone in south London last season, catching the eye of a number of the Premier League's big guns, missing just three top flight matches for the Eagles all campaign.

And Wan-Bissaka has been speaking about the move to United on the Red Devils' official website.

He said: "It’s an unbelievable feeling and an honour to call myself a Manchester United player and something I know that only a small number of players have the privilege to say.

"I can’t wait to get going and integrated into the squad. I will have a short break now after the European Championships but I’m looking forward to starting training with the manager and my new team-mates on the pre-season tour."
