Gugu Mbatha-Raw has given her verdict on who should play the next James Bond, with her Fuze co-stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Theo James hotly tipped as favourites to play 007.
Daniel Craig's successor to his acclaimed Bond performance has still yet to be announced, four years after he stepped down from the role.
Speaking to The Independent at the premiere of Fuze on Thursday (26 March), Mbatha-Raw weighed in on which of her castmates she believes could play the iconic spy the best.
“ I think it's time for a female Bond in there. I think that would be really fun.” She added that she is not sure if the “world is ready for that” but thinks it would be “super cool”.
