Football's worst-kept secret has finally been confirmed with Aaron Ramsey to leave Arsenal for Juventus at the end of the season... and with a bumper pay packet to boot.
With his contract set to expire in June, Ramsey was courted by some of Europe's biggest names and secured himself a quadruple-your-money deal in Italy.
Ramsey has agreed a four-year contract on £400,000 a week, pre-tax, an improvement on his reported current salary of £110,000 a week at Arsenal.
The salary catapults Ramsey into the top-10 best-paid players in the world and above fellow Welshman Gareth Bale to earn the biggest wage of his British player.
Ramsey will now be earning a cool £54,142 a day, a handy £2,380 per hour, a useful £39.60 a minute and some pocket change of 66p per second.
Good money if you can get it.
In the longer term, that equates to £1.6million a month and £20.8m per year. Over the course of his four-year deal, Ramsey will earn £83.2m.
Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez must be very jealous.
