Aaron Lewis' Latest Solo Album 'The Hill' Debuts At No. 175

Capitol Hill U.S. Senate U.S. Senators Speak After Weekly Police Luncheons on Capitol Hill

Aaron Lewis, known for his success both as a band member and a solo artist in the American music scene, has recently released his latest album, 'The Hill,' which has debuted at No. 175 on the Billboard 200 chart. This marks a significant drop in chart performance compared to his previous solo releases, setting a new record for the musician.

'The Hill' is the lowest-charting solo album of Lewis' career, failing to crack the top 40 on the Billboard 200. The album entered the chart with 8,133 equivalent units sold, including 6,826 pure purchases, according to Luminate.

Despite this recent setback, Aaron Lewis has achieved notable success in his solo career, with two of his previous albums reaching the top 10 on the Billboard 200. His sophomore solo album, 'Sinner,' peaked at No. 4 in 2016, while his Town Line EP reached No. 7 five years earlier.

In addition to his top 10 albums, Lewis has also seen success with his other solo releases, including 'The Road' (No. 30 peak), 'State I’m In' (No. 19), and 'Frayed at Both Ends' (No. 39), which was his most recent solo effort before 'The Hill.'

Prior to his solo career, Aaron Lewis gained recognition as the lead singer and guitarist of the rock band Staind. The band achieved three No. 1 albums and two other top 10 releases on the Billboard 200. However, their latest album, 'Confessions of the Fallen,' experienced a decline in chart performance, peaking at No. 64, significantly lower than their previous self-titled album, which reached No. 5 in 2011.
