Aaron Jones scores 4 TDs, powers Packers to win over Cowboys

Green Bay Packers running back Aaron Jones scored four touchdowns, rushed for a game-high 107 yards and led the team with 75 receiving yards, powering the Packers to a 34-24 win over the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday at AT&T Stadium.

The El Paso, Texas native scored a pair of touchdowns in the first quarter and third quarter. His fourth score gave the Packers a 31-3 lead late in the third.

Jones set a new career-high and tied a franchise record for rushing touchdowns in a single game. He also became the first player to ever rush for four touchdowns in a game against the Cowboys.

Jones now leads the NFL with eight rushing touchdowns in five games. He has already tied his career-high, set last season.

The team’s record for rushing touchdowns in a season is 19, set by Jim Taylor in 1961. Jones is currently on pace to score 25 rushing touchdowns in 2019.

Overall, Jones turned 26 touches into 182 total yards and 28 of the Packers’ 34 points on Sunday in Dallas.
