Aaron Hickey is hoping to use some local knowledge to keep Igor Thiago at bay when Scotland meet Brazil in their final World Cup Group C fixture in Miami.
Steve Clarke’s squad are in Charlotte, North Carolina, preparing to take on Haiti in the Boston stadium, Foxborough, on Saturday, Scotland’s first World Cup fixture since 1998.
The Scots then face AFCON champions Morocco at the same venue on June 19 before the glamour tie against the Brazilians on June 24 at the Miami stadium.

Speaking at Charlotte FC’s training base, Hickey revealed he and his Brentford team-mate Thiago had been regularly discussing the Group C finale, after which Scotland will hope to have made the knockout stages for the first time.
The former Hearts and Celtic full-back, who turned 24 on Wednesday, said: “It’s been funny, we’ve been talking every day about that game so we’re both really looking forward to it.
“He’s a big boy, holds it up well. I’ve only played with him one season. He’s a good player but hopefully I can give a few tips to the centre-backs.”
