Aao Kabhi Haveli Pe: Kriti Sanon turns into corpse bride, twerks for a skeleton in new Stree song

If Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao’s upcoming film Stree didn’t seem inviting enough already, the makers have added something to the mix that you simply cannot ignore. Kriti Sanon has added the extra glamour to the movie with a special song for the film, Aao Kabhi Haveli Pe.

The song is a groovy and spooky dance number that is sung by Nikhita Gandhi and rapper Badshah. It begins with Kriti in deep sleep, looking a lot like Tim Burton’s Corpse Bride. She wakes up to find that she matched with a skeleton man on Tinder and so she invites him to the haveli for a romantic date.

After a glass of wine, Kriti begins seducing the skeleton by twerking for him, among other things. Soon, Badshah pops out of a coffin to make things more romantic for the new couple. Sounds messy? It pretty much is. Watch it for yourself:

Stree is a supernatural comedy about a man-eating being that preys on male villagers at the same time every year. The being in the film has taken on the appearance of Shraddha’s character, who develops a romantic relationship with Rajkummar’s character.

We’ve already heard the songs Milegi Milegi and Nazar Na Lag Jaaye from the film, which Rajkummar had shared last week.

Stree also stars Pankaj Tripathi, Aparshakti Khurrana and Abhishek Banerjee in pivotal roles. “It’s the first time that I am doing a horror comedy. It was a lot of fun and Rajukummar Rao is such a fantastic actor. To work with him was a dream come true. I got so much to learn from him,” Shraddha told IANS previously. The film is slated to hit theatres on August 31.
