The A9 has been closed after a car crash.
Motorists are being asked to avoid the area after police officers closed the A9 north of Inveralmond today (Friday, August 9).
This is after a one-vehicle collision, which happened about one mile north of Inveralmond.
The northbound carriageway has been closed as a result.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland’s Tayside division said: “The A9 is currently closed northbound one mile north of Inveralmond due to a one-vehicle road traffic collision.
“We have no further info at the moment but try and avoid if you can.”
