The A82 at Dumbarton has reopened following a two-vehicle crash earlier this morning.
Emergency services attended after being advised of the collision on the road close to the Barloan roundabout.
The road heading northbound was closed for a time as a result however it has now reopened.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were made aware of a crash involving two vehicles on the A82 near the Barloan Roundabout in Dumbarton around 7.25am.
“The road reopened around 9.10am after the vehicles were recovered.”
Last Friday, a van and bus collided close to the Auchentoshan Distillery between the Old Kilpatrick an Erskine Bridge junctions of the A82.
Meanwhile, two people died following incidents on the road at Luss last month. A 31-year-old pedestrian struck by a lorry perished at the scene and 77-year-old Margaret Henderson passed away in hospital on September 8 due to medical complications having suffered life-threatening injuries in a crash.
