Three people have been taken to hospital and 13 children injured after a crash between a school bus and a car.

The crash occurred at around 8.30am on Monday near the village of Llandissilio in Pembrokeshire, Wales.

The school bus had been ferrying children to the Ysgol y Preseli secondary school, reports Wales Online.

Parents were being reassured none of the injuries were thought to be serious and were encouraged to pick up their kids from areas near the crash site.

The turn off at Efailwen and the Angel Inn pub was closed in both directions following the collision.
