A section of the ring road was closed today (Thursday, September 26) as an ambulance attended a person with serious injuries.
The police were called shortly before 9am due to an incident on the A4174 at Warmley, between the Deanery Road and Siston Hill roundabouts.
The road was closed so emergency services could treat a person who has since been taken to hospital with "possible life-changing injuries", according to an Avon and Somerset police spokesman.
