The A2 Bangor to Belfast Road has been reopened following a two-vehicle crash.
Emergency services were rallied to the RTC near the junction with Craigdarragh Road shortly after 8am.
Motorists were being urged to avoid the area.
A PSNI spokesperson said: "The main A2 Belfast to Bangor Road has reopened to traffic following a 2 vehicle road traffic collision close to junction of Craigdarragh Road earlier."
Two people were taken to the Ulster Hospital for treatment to injuries not considered serious.
