A Welsh hotel with stunning views, 40 rooms and a swimming pool is on sale for £1.25m

A 40-bed hotel with stunning views and a swimming pool could be yours if you have a spare £1.25m lying around.

The Fourcroft Hotel in Tenby, west Wales, which sits on top of the cliffs, has gone on sale after the owners fell into administration last year.

Wales Online reports the Grade II listed hotel has been part of the skyline since the 1830s and sits opposite the sandy North Beach which attracts thousands of tourists.

Spread out over four converted Georgian-era former terraced town houses, many of the bedrooms boast impressive views of the fishing harbour over the road.

To top it off, there's a heated swimming pool on the hotel's terrace for guests to enjoy.

The Fourcroft, as well as five other hotels, are run by the Giant Hospitality Group, which is in administration. The hotel, which has now been closed, is being managed by administrators Duff and Phelps for now.

Any potential new owner would also benefit from the several shops, cafes and other attractions which are all within a short walking distance of the hotel.

The hotel has ceased trading and is now being offered for sale. Management accounts for the year ending March 31, 2019 indicate a net turnover of £885,443.

The Fourcroft Hotel is being sold through agents Sanderson Weatherall.
