With a combined 189 caps for Wales, 10 Test appearances for the Lions and multiple Six Nations titles between them, they've experienced more in the game than most.
Both were involved in the infamous 2009 Lions Test series against South Africa, giving them an unrivalled insight into what it's like to face the Springboks in their own back yard.
We'll be bringing them to you, in an event that is completely free to watch, just days before the class of 2021 head into the crucial second Test in Cape Town.
