'A very significant game' - Nottingham Forest fans buoyant ahead of Luton Town clash

Three points against Luton Town on Sunday afternoon would see Nottingham Forest move to within five of the automatic promotion places with a game in hand.

That was a carrot that Forest supporters were only too aware of after Sabri Lamouchi named his starting XI for the City Ground clash, with an air of quiet confidence around.

Lamouchi made four changes to his side for Sunday’s home date with the Championship’s bottom side, coming into the game on the back of seven straight defeats and just two wins in the campaign to date.

The Reds come into the high noon clash knowing a win would cement their place inside the top six and another chance to close the gap on Wednesday night against Reading.

In came Michael Dawson, Albert Adomah and Joe Lolley, with Chema and Sammy Ameobi dropping to the bench, while Tobias Figueiredo missed out altogether through injury.
