A teary Josh McCown gave a great answer on how special it was to play in his first playoff game

Josh McCown is 40 years old, has played in the NFL for 17 seasons, and on Sunday he finally got to play in his first-ever playoff game.

The veteran was thrust into action for the Philadelphia Eagles after Carson Wentz was knocked out of the game thanks to what looked like a cheap shot by Jadaveon Clowney in the first quarter.

McCown gave it his all over the final three and a half quarters but he was unable to beat the Seahawks, as the Eagles’ season ended with a 17-9 loss to Seattle.

After the game, an emotional McCown explained how special this game was for him:
