The "Gourmet Foodie Fest 2018" will turn the Quartier Avenue of EmQuartier into a food haven for those in love with dairy products this weekend.

Held under the theme "California Summer Feast" by Gourmet & Cuisine magazine and Tamago Free Magazine, the second edition of the food festival will gather famous food shops and patisseries that use the best milk, butter and cheese imported from California as the main ingredients in their goodies and recipes.

They include Holy Cheese, reputed for its grilled cheese sandwich; Daniel Thaiger, a popular burger truck; Bowlito Mexican Kitchen; Churn Kitchen; Talaychan Patisserie; Coffee by Dao; and Yellow Spoon Pastry.

Premium ice cream of various flavours by California-based Crystal Creamery will be launched in Thailand for the first time at the event while American European, importer of dairy products from California, will offer a range of their products and give a demonstration on how to use California butter in different dishes.
