A taste of Autumn in weather outlook for this week across Nottinghamshire

The seasons are certainly changing this week, with a mixture of some sunshine and warmer temperatures as well as showers and much cooler weather.

Monday is set to start off dry and sunny for most parts of Nottinghamshire, with any mist or fog gradually lifting and clearing.

There will be some prolonged periods of warm sunshine through the afternoon with winds remaining light - a chance to grab a last taste of summer.

Maximum temperature will be 23°C cooling down to 13°C later in the evening.

Looking ahead over the week, Tuesday will be warm and mostly sunny also but this will start to turn cloudy and breezy in the afternoon.

Some overnight rain leads us into a much cooler Wednesday, although there will be some sunny spells amid scattered showers.

Thursday is looking unsettled with occasional heavy showers.
