A talk which explores the psychology of serial killers is coming to Glasgow

A show discussing how the minds of serial killers work is coming to Glasgow.

The Psychology of Serial Killers will be hosted by forensic expert Jennifer Rees, who will debunk common myths and explore the mind of a murderer, the human fascination with serial killers and examine bone-chilling case studies.

The audience will learn the differences between murders motivated by lust, 'Bind Torture Kill' and 'visionary' and the 'shared psychosis' phenomenon of killer couples such as Fred and Rose West and The Moors Murderers Ian Brady and Myra Hindley.

Jennier will also share the clinical knowledge surrounding why serial killers gain admirers, fan mail, and even spouses in light of their atrocious crimes.

Ever wondered how police identify John or Jane Doe? A fascinating time-lapse video will demonstrate facial reconstruction on the skull of a discovered body.

And if you've ever pondered how common homicidal fantasies are, you may be surprised by the results of the research...

The talk is happening at The Garage on Sunday March 8. Tickets are priced from £20 and you can get them HERE .

You can visit the event page on Facebook for more info.
