A Schubert Journey is the centrepiece of Melbourne Recital Centre’s Great Performers series for 2015. Austrian bass-baritone singer Florian Boesch, who made his debut in 2002, is in Australian to perform Franz Schubert’s three song cycles. He is accompanied by Malcolm Martineau, who sang with him at New York’s Carnegie Hall this year. The program will include Schubert’s Die schone Mullerin, Schwanengesang and Winterreise.
