Dublin was rocked by a series of business closures and sad losses throughout the whole of last year.
Northsiders and southsiders were forced to say farewell to family owned businesses that had been in their area for decades.
Others shed a tear over fan favourites that had only spent a brief period in the capital but had captured the hearts of their communities.
