Created by master chef Stefano Zaninelli using only the best fresh and seasonal ingredients, the masterpiece of Italian cooking offers a choice of starter: steamed king crab, avocado/lobster panna cotta/caviar dressing OR pistachio-breaded seared foie gras/poached quail eggs salad bouquet/Taleggio cheese truffle sauce. This is followed by baked Paccheri, Porcini mushroom and scallop and raspberry champagne sgroppino. For the main course choose between pan roasted French duck breast/Chianti wine reduction/braised lentil and chestnut cream OR butter-roasted halibut fillet/almonds/lemon garlic sauce/mashed beetroot/green beans.
