A Place in the Sun viewers were confused by a buyer's response on today's search.
Jean Johansson returned to front Thursday's edition of the Channel 4 programme. She was helping Trish find her dream home abroad on the coast in South Cyprus.
Jean was joined by her sister Trish and was armed with a maximum budget of £95,000. The buyer was searching for somewhere with two bedrooms, outdoor space, which was close to amenities and boasting a sense of community.

Jean was concerned at the start of the search as she said the market in Cyprus is quite expensive. She said: "It doesn't give me much wiggle room in this fairly pricey part of the world."
The buyer was unimpressed with the first home on the search as the one bed apartment in Pissouri Bay was priced at £84,403. Trish didn't think a one-bed property would push her budget so much.
Viewers following the show on Twitter were confused by the response.
Lynn said: "Have they actually done any research into property prices? They looked horrified when they were told the price"
Tony added: "Yes I have £80,000 to spend! But must be able to fit all my extended family!"
Ange posted: "Just remember you’ve got 90k!! Don’t expect much."
Jean vowed to rectify herself as she will find suitable properties that fit Trish's criteria. The property expert fulfilled her promise as Trish loved property three on the search.
The two-bed apartment in Pissouri was priced at £82,522 and Trish was in tears as she secured the home for below the valuation with her first offer.
