A Place in the Sun host Laura Hamilton was left stunned after an excited house hunter kissed her as she celebrated buying her dream property.
The TV presenter was joined by guest Tamsin and her best friend Emma, who were looking for a holiday home on the Greek island of Crete on Wednesday’s episode of the Channel 4 series.
Sunseeker Tamsin had a budget of £100,000 to find her dream home away from home – and despite the limited budget, Laura, 39, didn’t disappoint the pair.
The property expert found exactly what Tasmin was looking for in the village of Ano Hersonissos, where she had previously holidayed.
The home was the first place Laura showed and it proved to be love at first sight for Tasmin as it boasted views of the sea and a large roof terrace for sun-bathing.
Although it was a little on the small side, Tasmin couldn't forget it and despite looking at other larger and more modern properties, she wanted to make an offer on property number one.
The home was on the market for €150,000 (£128,000), but Tasmin wouldn’t budge over her £100,000 budget, leaving Laura fearing the low offer wouldn’t be enough to secure it.
Ringing the agent, Laura could be heard saying on the phone: "Hello, Laura speaking. I will pass that information on, and then I will speak to you soon."
Trying to remain expressionless Laura turned to Tamsin and said: "The agent did manage to get hold of the vendor."
"I'm really pleased to tell you, you've just secured a home!" she said with a big smile.
The host’s delight was quickly drowned out by Tasmin’s pal Emma screamed in delight, while Tamsin was left stunned and covered her mouth in shock.
Laura gave the excited property owners a hug as a thrilled Tamsin leaned in and gave her a kiss on the cheek, thanking her for her efforts.
Tasmin shared: "Oh my God, I didn't expect that to happen at all. I feel in shock and excited at the same time."
